Influenza vaccine has arrived!  Please see the clinic schedule below and call 641-464-0691 to make an appointment to receive your shot.  Our charge remains at $35.00 this year if paying privately, or we can bill Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield or UnitedHealthcare.
