Start-2-Soar (previously Parents as Teachers) is offering a FREE six-week series of classes to help families manage their finances. The classes will be held on Thursday evenings at 5:30 in the Ringgold County Courthouse conference room (just inside the west door). The dates of the classes will be: July 18 and 25, and August 1,8,15 and 22.
