Customized Frozen Meal Delivery Program Available for Elderly

Connections Area Agency on Aging is now offering a customized frozen meal program for the elderly population in our county.  A variety of 14 different frozen meals can be ordered and delivered to the client’s home on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.  For a list of the 14 meals as well as contact information for Connections, please click here.
