Mount Ayr has been chosen again as one of 14 hosts for the Live Healthy Iowa 5K Run/Walk as well as a 1K Kid’s Run this spring. The state-wide events will be held Saturday, April 11. Register now at livehealthyiowa.org. The registration fee is $20. Participants in the 10-Week Wellness Challenge will receive $10 off their 5K registration fee!
The adult 5K Run/Walk will begin at 8:00 AM, and the 1K Kid’s Run will begin at 9:00 AM. Participants will receive a t-shirt, race number, finisher medal, and post-race refreshments. Watch for more information in coming weeks!
