Ringgold County Public Health nurses will be visiting the Mt. Ayr Mealsite on Thursday, June 20, and the Tingley Mealsite on Friday, June 28, from 11:00-noon. Mealsite visits are scheduled each month to offer food tastings and healthy eating information. A monthly newsletter containing health tips, recipes and brain teasers is handed out to those in attendance. The nurses also are available to take blood pressures during the visits.
