Public health nurses will be at the Mt. Ayr Mealsite on Thursday, April 18, 11:00-12:00, and at the Tingley Mealsite on Friday, April 19, also 11:00-12:00. The nurses visit the mealsites monthly to share nutrition information and to check blood pressures. Along with the nutrition information, a food tasting is available each month, funded by the Chef Charles program through Iowa Department of Public Health.
