The Nutritional Environmental Measures Survey (NEMS) was developed to evaluate healthy food choices in restaurants, vending machines, and grocery stores. Ringgold County Public Health (RCPH) has partnered with local restaurants, schools, the hospital, and nursing homes to increase healthy food options for all.
